Report a problem or suggest a tool

Use the SiteWorks GitHub issue tracker and include “File Tools” in the title. GitHub may require an account to post. This is a public feedback channel, not a private support inbox.

What helps us reproduce a problem

• The tool URL and the steps you took.
• Your browser and operating system.
• The file format, approximate size and the error message.
• A small, non-sensitive sample that you are allowed to share, if necessary.

Keep personal files private

Do not post contracts, identity documents, passwords, private recordings or other sensitive data. Screenshots can also contain personal information. We cannot retrieve a file you opened in a tool because there is no file-upload service or saved conversion history.
