How to merge multiple PDF files

A merged PDF is only useful when the page order and retained content are correct.

Prepare the files

Rename files or make a short list so the intended order is clear. Keep the originals because merging creates a new document.

Merge and review

1. Open Organize PDF Pages.
2. Select the PDFs and arrange their page thumbnails.
3. Rotate or remove pages only when the preview confirms the change.
4. Export the combined PDF and open the result in a separate viewer.

Limits

Browser memory, damaged files, encryption and unusual PDF features can affect processing. A merged document may not retain every form, signature or piece of metadata from its inputs.
