Please read these terms before using FileMinto.

1. The service

FileMinto provides browser-based tools for working with images, PDFs, audio, video, MIDI and text files. Features and limits are described on each tool page.

2. Browser-based processing

Unless a page says otherwise, selected files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to a FileMinto conversion server. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

3. Acceptable use

Use the tools only for lawful purposes and with files you are allowed to process. Do not infringe rights, bypass limits or interfere with the site.

4. Results and disclaimer

FileMinto is provided on an “as available” basis. Results can be affected by source quality, browser support, codecs, memory limits and file structure. We do not guarantee accuracy, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The FileMinto name, design, text, code and original assets belong to their respective owners. Third-party components have their own licenses; see the open-source notices. You retain rights in files you select, subject to rights in source material.

6. Third-party services

The site may load pinned assets from public CDNs or link to external services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and liability

We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, FileMinto and its maintainers are not liable for indirect loss, lost data, service interruption or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on a result.
