One PDF, in the order you need

Prepare photographed receipts, notes and supporting documents as an image-only PDF. Keep the originals; this is not OCR or a searchable scan.

    How to use this tool

    1. Add up to 20 still JPG, PNG or WebP images (20 MiB each, 64 MiB total).
    2. Move pages up or down, rotate or remove them. Choose A4, Letter or image size, orientation and margins.
    3. Create the PDF, inspect its page preview, then download. Any change invalidates the previous PDF.

    A practical example

Arrange a receipt and its supporting photo, rotate a sideways page, and export one Letter PDF. Transparent areas become white; each source becomes one page.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are pages searchable?

No. Photos are re-encoded as JPEG and embedded as page images. No OCR, signatures, PDF/A or accessibility tagging is added.

    Is anything cropped?

No. Images fit proportionally within the chosen page and margins. Image-sized pages use 96 pixels per inch as a layout reference, not detected print DPI.

    Are original files changed?

No. Only a downloadable copy is created. Metadata, original color profiles and transparency are not preserved.

Can I set an upload size limit?

This tool does not guarantee a PDF file size. Outputs are limited to 60 MiB. Compress images first if needed.
